Why you're stuck

Most fitness programs cover only one piece.

A workout plan here. A diet there. A stretching routine you never get to.

That's why:

Progress stalls after a few weeks

Aches and pains keep pulling you out of the gym

You're never sure your form is right

What you eat cancels out the work you put in

You end up starting over (again)

You don't need more exercises.

You don't need another workout plan.

You need a complete one.

The FSI method

A complete coaching program that covers everything that drives results

It isn't a cookie-cutter program, and it's not someone counting your reps.

It's one coach and one plan that:

Teaches you proper form, so every rep works for you

Works through pain and injuries instead of around them

Builds the mobility your body needs to get into strong positions

Matches your nutrition to your goals

Progresses your training as you get stronger

Every piece. One plan.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

You have a goal (lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, move better) and want a real plan to get there

You're new to the gym and want to learn to do it right

You've been training but stopped seeing results

Aches in your knees, back, hips, or shoulders keep getting in the way

You've finished physical therapy and are ready to get back to real training

This is not for people looking for quick fixes or crash diets.

This is for people who want results that last, and who want to understand how they got them.

Four pillars

Foundational Strength Integration

A complete coaching program that gets you to your goal faster by building the foundation first, then training hard on top of it, with nutrition and accountability built in. In person in Jacksonville or fully online.

01

Move

Foundation and form: breathwork, feet, gait, posture, and proper technique.

02

Build

Your goal track: the training that takes you where you want to go.

03

Fuel

Nutrition coaching matched to your track.

04

Stick

Habits, accountability, and motivation, shaped around what has helped you before and what has derailed you.

The pillars run through every phase of your program. They don't happen one after another.

Goal tracks
Same foundation, different emphasis.

Strength development

Improve the main lifts through low-rep progression.

Hypertrophy

Build muscle with volume-driven training and a fuel plan that supports growth.

Recomp

Lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Ideal for beginners and anyone returning to training.

Fat loss / general fitness

A strength base, conditioning, and nutrition that leads the way. Adherence matters most here.

Why it works. Most trainers either hand you workouts or fix how you move. Foundational Strength Integration does both at once, then adds the fuel and the follow-through. Nothing holds you back, so you get there faster, and the results stick.

Step 1 · Where every client starts

The FSI Movement Assessment

Your entry point to Foundational Strength Integration (FSI). It shows exactly where you're starting, so we can track how far you've come.

New here? Start with 2 weeks: your assessment plus 4 one-on-one sessions for $250, credited toward your package. See the starter offer

You leave with a Foundation Map. Your limiters, your chosen goal track, and your 12-week plan, clearly laid out, so you know what we're working on and why.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

01What's included in the FSI method?

Personalized strength training, hands-on form coaching, a plan for aches and injuries, mobility work, nutrition coaching, habit coaching, sleep and recovery, and stress management. One coach, one plan.

02How does nutrition coaching work?

Nutrition coaching is built around you, not a one-size-fits-all diet. Depending on your goals and preferences, I use macro-based coaching, a flexible meal plan, or a habit-based approach, and I can combine them as your needs change. You track your nutrition in the same app that holds your training program, so everything lives in one place and I can see the full picture. We check in weekly or biweekly, depending on your plan, to review your progress and adjust as needed. As a Precision Nutrition–certified coach, I focus on sustainable changes that fit your life, so your results last.

03Do I have to follow a strict diet or meal plan?

No. There are no crash diets and nothing off-limits. If a meal plan is right for you, it's flexible and built around foods you actually enjoy. The goal is habits you can keep for life.

04Will you explain why I'm doing each exercise?

Always, if you want me to. Understanding the why helps you train with confidence and keep progressing on your own.

05How long until I see results?

Most clients feel a difference in energy, strength, and how they move within the first few weeks. Visible changes in body composition usually take 8–12 weeks of consistent training and nutrition.

06I have ADHD and struggle with consistency. Will this work for me?

Many of my clients have ADHD, and coaching is often what finally makes fitness stick. You don't have to plan anything. Sessions are structured and engaging, and you have someone keeping you on track. If you miss a week, we pick right back up without starting over.

07What if I fall off track?

It happens to everyone. I adjust the plan and we pick up where you are. Progress comes from coming back, not from being perfect.

08Will you push me?

Yes, at the right pace for you. I'll challenge you when you're ready and encourage you on the days you need it.
